Receipt please?

Hi! My school is willing to reimburse me for my membership and I handed in the invoice under my account but they want a receipt. Are you able to provide a receipt please?

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding a receipt for your recent purchase. We would be happy to provide you with a receipt for your transaction. I wanted to see if there was a particular format or certain information that needs to be on the receipt in order for the school to reimburse you for the membership. I will go ahead and send out of a copy of of the transaction from our billing software.
